This gorgeous 1966 Fender Stratocaster has remained in all original condition and comes with the original plastic backplate, original bridge cover, original tremolo arm, original strap, Stratocaster hangtag / owner’s manual, and the original hardshell case. The potentiometer codes date to the 10th week of 1966 and the neck stamp shows a date of May 1966.

All the correct factory markings for this period are present including the paint stick shadow in the neck pocket and the “ES” stamp under the pickguard to verify the original finish. The original frets are in fine shape with hardly a trace of wear. Even the original 3 way switch is undisturbed from the factory wiring. Just a couple of minor scratches and chips keep the condition from being perfect. Plug it in and treat yourself to outstanding tone – the pickups absolutely sing.
