Pre-CBS 1964 Fender Jazzmaster

This classic sunburst Fender Jazzmaster has remained factory original since it was built in 1964, before the CBS takeover of the Fender Electric Instrument Co. The solder joints are intact and even the frets are original. The neck date reads May 1964 and the potentiometers date to the 21st week of 1964. Very light weight at just 7.78lbs.

Features include clay dot fingerboard, L plate serial number and 3 tone sunburst finish. Complete with tremolo arm, bridge cover, Fender leather strap and white tolex case. Light wear as highlighted in the photos, mostly around the edge of the body. The original pickups have never been rewound and sound great. Professionally set up for you to enjoy out of the box.
